Comparative Static Analysis on the Agricultural Mechanization Development Levels in China’s Provincial Areas

The foundation of the national economy is agriculture, agricultural modernization symbol and mechanization an important modernization. In this paper, authors conducted analysis levels 31 provincial areas in China. order to assess China as accurately possible, adopted indicators year 2005, 2010 2015, used comparative static method observe dynamic changes data over three years. Eight items, including total power/grain output (10 million watts/10 k tons), number large medium-sized tractors/grain (pcs/10 tractor plowing area/grain (k hectares/10 input business operation/grain (million yuan/10 income fuel consumption for production/grain (hundred tons/10 were assessment indicators. With gray weighted cluster instrument, classified into five categories at high development level, relatively medium low level level. An objective, scientific comprehensive results was effort better provide references authorities draft relevant policies measures.
